Order Cancellations by Customer:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided
they have not yet been processed or dispatched for services.

Once an order is processed/ service
initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

Service Cancellation:

For complete service-based
bookings, cancellation requests must be raised at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of initiating the desired
service.
○
Any cancellations made after
this window may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the Total service charge.
